About Brilliantics

A youth initiative from Thessaloniki, for the skills school does not teach

Brilliantics is a Greek soft skills development platform: it measures 15 behavioural skills with a scenario-based diagnostic and trains them through missions and personalised coaching. It began as an initiative by high-school students in Thessaloniki.

What it is

Brilliantics does three things, in this order. It measures where you stand across 15 soft skills — not in a test, but from the decisions you make inside the missions, and a skill only shows a number once we have seen enough of them. It explains what each score means, in observable indicators rather than labels. It trains, with missions that rise in difficulty and coaching that knows your patterns.

It is not a course, not a personality test, and not therapy. It is behavioural practice with a measurement before and after.

Where it started

It started from an observation every student makes and almost no curriculum answers: twelve years of school teach mathematics, history and physics, and not one lesson on how to say something difficult without damaging the relationship, or how to hold up when something goes wrong.

The team began as an initiative by high-school students in Thessaloniki, Greece. The project was covered by Greek and diaspora media — television, the national news agency, business and regional press — before the product shipped.

The team
